| Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress is caused by an accumulation of misfolded proteins and triggers intercellular signaling pathways called unfolded protein response (UPR). Since ER stress is related to many diseases such as dyslipidemia or cancer, we try to find novel genes which alleviate ER stress and expect to lead to develop drug discovery. |
