Research content
The aim of our study is development of a novel electronic device using nanomaterials. A titanium microwire is locally anodized to form a titanium oxide nanotube film with vertically and periodically arrayed nanoholes. We investigate integration of micro gas sensors using an anodic titanium oxide nanotube film.
Research theme

1. Development of TNT(TiO2 nanotube) micro gas sensor.
2. Nanobubble generation filter based on anodic porous alumina.
3. Development of molecular level surface characterization system using infrared (Infrared spectroscopy in the multiple internal reflection geometry).
