On Monday, August 21, 2023, six guests, including President Wang Yanxin of China University of Geosciences, visited the Hachioji Campus. After exchanging information with President Yutaka Kagawa, Vice President Sumi Katsuura (responsible for international exchange and educational reform), and Professor Jinhua She (Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering), they signed an inter-university agreement.

An inter-faculty agreement was signed in March 2016 between the Faculty of Engineering at our university and the School of Automation at China University of Geosciences, and this partnership is expected to further strengthen cooperation between both universities.

Additionally, from Monday, August 21 to Saturday, August 26, academic exchanges took place between faculty and students from the Faculty of Engineering at our university and the School of Automation at China University of Geosciences on the Hachioji Campus.
