The School of Engineering and the Mongolian University of Science and Technology in Mongolia have established an agreement for academic cooperation.
The existing relationship between Associate Professor Tomomasa Ohkubo from the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Professor Choijil Baasandash from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology made this possible with previous research collaborations and faculty and research student acceptance to each other's schools. The two institutions hope that this agreement will result in student exchange and collaborative research between faculty.
We plan to develop exchange with the rapidly advancing Mongolia through research related to sustainable engineering, among other things.
